Not only is sport good for body and mind of the individual, it also increases the well being of society as a whole.
Sports promote talents, create opportunities for the young and elderly alike, and strengthen the community and sense of belonging. They perpetuate lasting values and skills such as ambition, respect, fairness, perseverance and concentration.
These are values that are mirrored at Senfter Holding, and that we, therefore, consider worthy of our investment.
The Senfter Holding company has always made it a point to help local sports associations financially, in order to foster their activities and secure their future.

Closest to our heart, however, is the “Südtiroler Sporthilfe” a body that helps out young athletic talents in financial need.
“We are proud to help young people make their dream come true”, says Franz Senfter. Currently about 150 young athletes are receiving financial aid through this organization.
“Our kids have not reached the level of the world’s top athletes yet, but they are striving to become just like their colleagues Denise Karbon or Armin Zöggeler”, explains Stefan Leitner, director of the organization. “Both of them, and really most of Alto Adige’s top athletes, have received aid through us and our Partners.”
