A tasting seminar with authentic European specialities took place during the 32nd Fancy Food Show in San Francisco on January, 22nd, 2007. The seminar was financed by the European Union Program „EAT – European Authentic Tastes“.

Tasting of Speck Alto Adige

About 70 persons participated at the tasting seminar
Irene Senfter had the honor of speaking to the 70 seminar participants and she gave them an inside view of Speck Alto Adige. The participants had the possiblity of tasting the differences between Parma, Serrano and Black Forest Hams and Speck Alto Adige. Furthermore, they got information on production, use and origin of the regional speciality from Alto Adige.
„The tasting seminar was a great opportunity for Grandi Salumifici Italiani and Senfter to familiarize the US consumers with our core product: Speck Alto Adige“, said Irene Senfter.
